Nguyn Liệu:

1 con g Cornish. Rửa nước muối v cắt lm hai
2 tp tỏi gi nt
2 muỗng canh x dầu Maggi
1/2 muỗng caf muối
1/2 muỗng caf tiu xay
2 muỗng canh dầu ăn
2 cup gạo nếp thơm
2 cup nươc sp g

Cch lm:

Ướp g với tất cả gia vị trn t nhất 4 tiếng đồng hồ trong tủ lạnh.

Ta c thể nấu xi g trong nước dng g trong nổi cơm diện . Dng 1 chảo nng chin g lửa medium low cho da gin .

Mc cơm nếp vo đi, để miếng g ln kế bn, cho thm vi miếng dưa leo, c chua, rau x lch, cht dưa carốt v củ cải muối chua.

CHICKEN LEGS ROTI

Marinading Ingredients:
2 chicken legs
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
1.5 table spoons Magi sauce
1 shallot (minced)
Black pepper

For garnish:
1 ripe tomato
1 lettuce head
1/2 small cucumber
1/2 small onion


Marinade the chicken with the above ingredients. While let the chicken legs sit in the marinading bowl prepare the garnish by doing the following.

Heat some olive oil and fry some minced garlic for about 20 seconds, add some soy sauce, wine vinegar (to taste) and set cool. After that toss in the tomato and onion slices and lettuce.

In a frying pan, heat some oil and fry the chicken legs until cook both sides.

Arrange a chicken leg over a plate of rice and garnish with cucumber slices and tossed salad.
