Seafood Spread

Ingredient:

2 cans of crab meat (best to use the lump or chunk type to get bigger
pieces of crabmeat)
1/2 lb shrimp, cut in small pieces
3 to 4 gloves of garlic, finely chopped
one big onion, finely chopped
one box of button mushroom, cut in small pieces
small jar of mayonase
2 baguette bread, cut in 1/2 inch slices

Cooking instruction:

Heat up a good size frying pan and add a table spoon of oil. When the
oil is hot, add garlic to the pan and stir continuously until the
garlic is turning golden. Add onion, shrimp, and crabmeat to the
frying pan. Stir fry until shrimp turn pink (do not let it cook too
long since the shrimp migh be too hard). Add salt, suggar to taste
while stiring. When it's done, let the whole thing sit off the stove
to cool down. Once it completely cool down, add mayonase and mix
everything well together. Put the spreading in refrigerator for about
1/2 hour before assembling it with the bread.

Take the seafood out and spread a good amount on each of the bread
slice. Once everything is done, put the bread in 350 F oven for about
10 minute until the spreading turn lightly golden on top.
