Nguyên Liệu:

- 1 lbs. chopped pork ribs (can be found
- in various Asian markets)
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground chili pepper (paprika)
- 1.5 Tbs. fish sauce
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. minced shallot
- Black pepper (to taste)

Direction:

In a small pot heat oil in low-medium heat. Add in sugar and lightly melt it, about 3 minutes. Turn oven to high and add chopped ribs, cook to shear edges, around 4 minutes.

Pour chopped shallot and garlic, continue cooking with high setting for another 2 minutes. Reduce fire to medium, add fish sauce, water, black pepper, salt and simmer for 40 minutes or until the liquid in the pot is reduced to 1/3 of the original amount.

Set on plate and garnish with cilantro or chopped scallion and cherry tomato.
